I received unsatisfactory service. To clarify, if you possess pertinent information or documentation regarding your child's diagnosis, a psychologist's consultation may be unnecessary. My pediatrician confirmed that such consultations are often an unnecessary expense—a lesson I learned firsthand. After two sessions with a psychologist, my son's diagnosis was obtained from a pediatrician prior to the psychologist completing a report. Updated: Management very clear in detailing their policy when prompted to clarify Proactive in solving disputes. No issues with the psychologists themselves! Sam H is great! only negative: The reception experience was cold.
Highly recommended! The payment system is great as my details were pre saved at the registration point so as our session came to a close Catherine asked my permission to process the payment along with any rebates/medicare while we were still in the room. She gave me the clear amounts and only proceeded on my ok. I really loved that I didn’t have to then go out to a public reception and muck around with payments and awkward waiting. After full phone calls saying I’m not providing my credit card details over the phone and then emails see following saying I’m not providing my details or creating account until I have to confirmed booking I am Still expected to supply a credit …card They won’t supply me a doctors name or a date. This is ridiculous. It’s a wonder why my mental health is ****!! What idiot supplies their credit card Or Creates an account Without being given an appointment or a doctors name?
