Wouldn't go anywhere else. Love this Clinic and have recommended it to others several times.
My therapist was very nice, but the billing department is awful. Have been talking to them for MONTHS trying to get them to bill to my insurance correctly. I’ve given them the information multiple times, called multiple times, but they don’t care. I literally stopped my therapy here because it was more stressful to worry about what they were going to screw up next than my life was. My therapist was amazing. The most helpful and supportive person I’ve ever worked with. The facility was nice enough, sound machines going to privacy. When the office went to a new billing system though, someone decided to change my legal name from Jessie (again, my legal name so that’s what appears on literally every document) to Jessica because wth? When I started seeing a psychiatrist in addition to a therapist, they added an entirely new account for me, instead of just updating the current one. So I started getting two b... read more
