I’ve had consistently positive experiences at the Psych Professionals in Thornlands. Hayley at reception is always friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit feel comfortable from the start. I’m incredibly happy with my psychologist, Caitlin, whom I’ve been seeing for some time now. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that is easy for me to understand. Each session provides practical and helpful strategies. I highly recommend this practice.
A calm and relaxing atmosphere with a great range of professional services. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience feels professional and caring. Highly recommend.
