I only saw Jo for a brief time but she helped me realise what was going on inside my head. The fact she doesnt sugar coat things and tells it like it is, made me respect her from the first session. If you want someone who wont coddle you but rather get to the root of the issue and help you get through whats really going on.. shes your gal!!
