To begin with, the place is quiet and quaint, the staff are very welcoming. I was dreading going back to a psychologist and compounded by the fact I am not a people person. In just over a year, they took me in straight away. Seeing Ksenija, My life has completely transformed with guidance and further understanding. My Children, who are all autistic go here to see Joseph. He works wonders for them. He gets them to open up, talk about their feelings and problems. They tend to shut down, when overwhelmed or overstimulated. He’s been able to work with each one. The level of care, compassion and commitment has been great. He goes above and beyond at helping them to feel safe, respected and valued. I have also been going here for almost 15 years myself. I am treated with respect, kindness and compassion. I have been seeing my psychologist through The Psych Centre for more than 10 years. The support I have received from her and the administration staff has seen me through the most difficult moments in my life. I have used The Psych Centre for myself and also for therapy and diagnosis for my children. They have also provided great recommendations and resources when they have not been able to provide what we needed, which in my experience is a level of integrity that is hard to find.

I see Richelle she is very polite, caring, understanding and etc.. I couldn't ask for a better psychologist. I highly recommend Richelle. I am also happy with the receptionist Mon she goes out of her way to help. Mon is always so polite on the phone and answers emails quickly.

Call centre receptionist who doesn't work onsite, doesn't personally know the psych team, reads from scripted bios for each practitioner and is way too keen to book an initial appointment for you at $240 without properly understanding your needs.
