I see Richelle she is very polite, caring, understanding and etc.. I couldn't ask for a better psychologist. I highly recommend Richelle. I am also happy with the receptionist Mon she goes out of her way to help. Mon is always so polite on the phone and answers emails quickly.

Call centre receptionist who doesn't work onsite, doesn't personally know the psych team, reads from scripted bios for each practitioner and is way too keen to book an initial appointment for you at $240 without properly understanding your needs.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic a few months ago. When I first arrived, I asked the therapist about the cost of the session because I had heard from someone else that free sessions were sometimes available. I want to be clear that I was not trying to avoid paying. I simply had the wrong understanding and was fully willing to pay, which I did. The moment I brought it up, the therapist’s attitude completely changed. She became noticeably rude and even rolled her eyes at me. It made me feel really uncomfort... read more

I highly recommend The Psych Centre. We were able to obtain an appointment quickly, and I like they have discounted fees based on our family income.
