We had no power for 24 hours on a 43 degree day in late 2023. This was a brand new building less than 6 months earlier. The building manager told us they would organise reimbursement of $100 for our lost food. My photo is some of the food I had to throw away. Building management washed their hands of the issue and stopped responding to residents. You owe me $100.
