Worst building management team you will ever find in this whole world .. no co-operation what so ever .. even if someone is dying they don’t give a ****. We had to do the entire move out with no lift access and with a small baby.. in top of that they threatened us that if we hold the lift for long they will fine us and to get the keys they were charging 70 dollars per hours..the tower 6 parking is not in the same tower ..you have to go to b2 first then walk to the other lift then go to b3 to access your parking .. this was n... read more
We had no power for 24 hours on a 43 degree day in late 2023. This was a brand new building less than 6 months earlier. The building manager told us they would organise reimbursement of $100 for our lost food. My photo is some of the food I had to throw away. Building management washed their hands of the issue and stopped responding to residents. You owe me $100. Having the rubbish chute blocked over Christmas and New Years was also terrible, with no building staff working and the big dumpster room locked. Overall a very str... read more
