Dentist was great, hygienist was great, billing told us we owed 300.00 after we confirmed they took our insurance. Will update when I get to the bottom of this mess. Would have picked a different office if I had known we would come out of pocket 300.00 +
Dr Poelman and Francisco are an amazing team. Was seen on time, shot was painless , and my crown was done in under an hour in the office ! Amazing experience and look forward to going back.
I am writing this review more than six months after Dr. Poelman placed two implants in my mouth. I haven’t been to a dentist since I was a child. Nearly 15+ years! Dr Lin and all the staff made me feel welcomed despite all my fears. They’ve been understanding, reassuring, and are helping me get my dental health back on track. This place cares for its patients and it shows. Thank you all so much!
