The Province Boulder is a fantastic place to live. As a former CU student (now graduated) who could never imagine living on the hill (certainly not the neighborhood for me), I loved living 2 minutes away literally across campus at The Province. Terrible company that only cares about exploiting the people living there. They don’t clean the rooms before you move in nor fix them up like they say. There were paint splotches all over the floor and nicks in the walls. The carpets were filthy and the dishwasher and sink were moldy. They don’t have cameras on their bike racks and so bikes routinely get stolen. In essence, don’t live here. TLDR; Not worth a penny
Parking garage is a little bit of a tight fit and I wish there was a little bit more available/reliable overnight parking space for visitors but friendly staff, nice views, and sufficient amenities
RecommendedLiving off of the hill seems unappealing to mostly everyone in Boulder, but the Province makes up for it in leaps and bounds. The apartments are such a nice quality and the included furniture makes it that much better. The maintenance staff addresses any issues you may have in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for housing in the Boulder area.

The province has been my favorite place to live throughout my time in boulder. The maintenance staff is quick, friendly, & always effective. The province is continuously bettering itself and being kept up. I would recommend it to anyone of any age looking for housing in boulder!
I love living here at the Province. This is my first year living here but I am a senior- I wish I had moved here sooner! Great location, fun community events with free food, spacious rooms, and a full size gym.
This is my second year living at the Province and I absolutely love it! The apartments are very spacious and the staff and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful. It's also very close to campus which is a plus!
