I was a resident at the Prov from August of 2024 to July 2026. Prior to the management change from ACC to GreyStar, I had a very positive experience. However, GreyStar has run this place into the ground and it has been truly devastating to watch and experience first-hand. Hands down the worst apartment to reside in during your college years. I lived at the province for 2 years, and in those two years I experienced an array of different issues. One of the main reoccurring issues was the air going out, I was left without AC more times than I can even count. Fortunately my first year living at this complex we had at least a decent maintenance team, but when they switched to GreyStar everything went downhill. If I could give this place negative stars I would. My daughter had a miserable experience at the province. Management changed nearly five times in the span of a year, but the attitudes stayed the same. If we brought up an issue with management, they would shoo us away and tell us to email them, which, when we did, they NEVER DID ANYTHING. Her apartment smelled like cigarettes the entire year and nothing helped, and we brought this to management and of course they did nothing.
