My client has been getting the paper for 40+ years, and for most of the last year she’s had to call almost daily to ask why it hasn’t been delivered! We’ve tried contacting the office in every way possible and they always assure us it won’t happen anymore…and then she doesn’t get the paper. They do however charge her every day! Whether she gets the paper or not!
