Poor workmanship overall. Within just two years, the sewer lines started backing up due to the narrow, low-quality drains they install. The plumbing materials feel extremely cheap and end up costing homeowners a lot to fix. The homes are built with poor ventilation, causing higher electricity usage and noticeably higher power bills. Buyer beware. This builder runs their own HOA's while construction goes on. You need to understand what this means. They can run the HOAs without any care for the residents. There is also a hefty arbitration clause you sign that prevents you from suing them. Very builder friendly and residents suffer because of that.
