They have the caterer clean up for food yes that’s part of the contract but the bar sales tips are truly their profit but bartenders aren’t responsible for the glasses they provide No integrity no honesty as a bartender this venue takes advantage of the food catering And literally takes all the gratuity on bar with no help to clean up . Who does that ???
