Some of the staff were neutral ( fake but friendly enough) , some seemed to care a hell of alot ( D n Sy in particular). And SOME Like a nurse that called me a liar , humiliated me and violated my HIPPA rights , shouldn't be working in mental health at all.... To avoid this Karen taking my freedom, I left , n subsequently screwed myself out of a bed , where another Karen purposely misunderstood my situation ( and said I should have stayed and " stood up for myself " ..... Do not call this number if you are not already fully educated on what services they provide. I was rudely lectured on what they do and don’t do. The service that I needed was not one that they provided so instead of giving me a recommendation on where to try next I was hung up on. If someone is in a current crisis make sure you do not call this number. Frankly the way the women talked on the phone I wouldn’t want to be placed in this inpatient unit period. She only made the crisis worse.
