Tom Shannon and is small team are amazing. I was impressed with the speed at which arrangements were made to have the PET and CT scans done. The consultations and operations were also conducted successfully and with urgency. Thank you for a very professional and efficient process.
I cannot be happier with the service I have received from Toms team, namely Corinna and Nisa, for their prompt and friendly replies to my enquiries and Olivia for her down to earth communication on subjects that aren't always the easiest to talk about with a stranger, especially one of the opposite sex. I am impressed with the service that I have received from The Prostate Clinic. Dr Shannon is very direct in his approach and he explains everything very clearly and gives alternative options to consider other than surgery. He also provides a copy of medical reports which can be read and analysed after leaving his rooms.
