Food was great! service not so much! After our food was delivered, we never seen her again. She was sitting on a bench on her phone.I had to go ask for my check . Needless to say that and get you a good tip
Prime rib was super tough i didnt finish it, prices are decent and the staff is nice but the food is low quality.
Had to have been the worst prime rib I've had in my entire life. Four us ordered the prime rib waitress said it was the best in town. We ordered it medium rare, it was so tough that we could barely cut it with a steak knife. Swallowing it was a new experience praying that you didn't choke on it because you couldn't chew it. Told they waitress but all she said was sorry. Four half eaten dinners would have been left but wife insisted taking it home for the dog. Highly don't recommend.
Super cool, old west style dining, with great food and service
We had an outstanding meal at The Prospector American Cuisine! The steak was absolutely one of the best I've had—cooked perfectly, tender, flavorful, and worth every bite. Everything else we ordered was just as delicious. The service was spot on from start to finish, with a friendly, attentive staff that made us feel welcome the entire time. If you're looking for an amazing steak and great American food in the Pocatello area, I highly recommend giving The Prospector a try!
