We have used Paul and his team now for several years. He twice helped us rent our apartment, and then helped sell it. What made him stand out is that he is a full-service realtor. When our building was holding up something, he used his lawyer skills to write a pointed but polite letter explaining why they needed to do this thing. When some tiles needed caulking, he was not too proud to get on his knees and do it. He does what is needed.

The prospect team and Ian were fantastic. My wife and I had to relocate out of state, and they managed the property rental for us efficiently. The unit was available for about a week or two, and they were able to find amazing tenants. One thing I truly appreciate about them is that they coordinated an introductory call with prospective tenants, giving them the chance to meet them and answer any questions.
Paul first helped us purchase our Williamsburg condo in 2021. When we were traveling during open houses, Paul went to showings on our behalf via zoom meetings.
