I would not hire The Pros Inc. (TPI) AKA The Pros Landscape Management Inc., owner Salomon Lopez Perez (SLP), and I do not recommend them. TPI installed a new home lawn: removed grass and topsoil, replaced topsoil, and applied Hydroseed in 2023. Outcome is a “failed lawn” per SLP. I contacted TPI/SLP many times; they failed to perform. TPI demanded payment of the project balance before the hydroseed was applied. By 8/21/23, I sent photographs of dead patches and dying grass.
