1 STAR BUT SHOULD BE ZERO STARS — Buyers Beware I purchased a Bontrager Line Pro 30 carbon 29" mountain bike wheelset from The Pro’s Closet for my race bike. These are top tier carbon wheels, and on only my second ride, the rim catastrophically failed. There is a clean separation and crack where the sidewall meets the inner flange. Bontrager wheels normally come with a lifetime warranty, but NOT if you buy them from The Pro’s Closet. TPC offers no warranty of their own, and Bontrager’s manufacturer warranty is void when the ... read more
