Excellent service and selection. They helped me find bikes to test ride and I found one that works just right for me for a great price relative to the original retail price. Everything on it works like new.
Had purchased carbon wheels at the Louisville store, with a good experience years ago. I had an event coming up and decided to test ride some potential upgrades at the newer Thornton location. The staff fitted me with over a half dozen options at various price points and I decided on a dream bike. I couldn't be happier with the service and the new ride! Priceless: when your bike beckons you to ride more. :-)
Corvez is the man. Incredibly knowledgeable, loves bikes and cares about other people liking their bikes, which makes all the difference. The bike I purchased from here was an incredibly high value and was in awesome condition. Very grateful and I can't wait to ride it until the wheels fall off. Great group of guys here and an awesome company to do business with.

The pros closet has been a nightmare to deal with. They’ve had my bikes for 6 months and have sold it. In that time they’ve tried to slash the price repeatedly to the point where I would basically get very little money for a very nice bike. I would exhaust all other means of selling your bike before handing it over to these people. If you want to get your bike back, after they’ve completely failed to sell it, then they want to scam you out of $300, to cover their costs of being bad at this business.
