Great place to buy used bikes, and accessories, their prices are more than fair and their costumer attention it's top notch
Double check the descriptions which often don't reflect significant flaws/damage on the frames or components (bordering on deceptive I would say). Either completely omitted or minimized. Uploaded a photo. I guess I'll chalk this up to a difference in how I would describe defects and how they describe them. It's obviously subjective.
I will definitely continue to purchase components and parts from the Pro's Closet and will recommend this shop to my biking friends and family.. Looking for a new MTB frame, decided I wanted a carbon hardtail 29er, a lightweight racing rig for the great cross country trails in the SoCal mountains. Do not go here to get your bike fixed they no longer provide any sort of bike service
First time at the Louisville location and wow what an amazing experience! So many beautiful bikes to browse. Fantastic assistance from the friendly staff, setting up bikes to try and answering questions. Love that the Boulder/Denver area has such a great place to shop such a large variety of demo and gently used high end road, gravel, mountain, and E bikes. Also shout out to Arielle for her help! It’s always nice to buy the bike the staff also had their eye on
