Worst company ever to have work done in your home they give you an estimate and then up charge for costs that they he says need to be done fidel but he is never at the job site he doesn't know how to do any of the work he hires guys to do the work and never is there to expect the work. Left my bathroom incomplete stating money was the issue when I requested receipts for what was spent on materials so I can see where the money went that I had paid already could not so he left the project unfinished until I paid more so now im... read more

I believe Fidel is the company owner. He and his crew did a great job laying the floor, which was done in Greensboro NC in Oct, 2020. It is now May, 2023. A few of the vinyl planks have come unglued. The tile itself has a lifetime warranty, so it shouldn't be an issue fixing it. The issue is- I called Fidel's cell a month ago and never got a reply. I understand that they do a good job, but at a PRICE. In my case I had two other professional companies come out to measure since the numbers did not sound right. Both of the other companies came out with 1,030 sq ft and the other came out with 1,050 sq ft. A 20' difference which is understandable. Pro Flooring came out with 1,250 sq ft., 200 feet more. That extra sq ft would give Fidel an extra $500 in insulation cost and it would have cost me $850 in materials. You have to be careful and make sure you get more than 1 estim... read more

Fidel did a great job laying my luxury vinyl plank flooring. He and his crew was very professional and responsive. He also provided me with a great install price and did not include the “price” extras that some of the other known flooring companies charge. I am very pleased and will use him again on my next flooring job.
