Dawn, Jane, and Dawna and sold our house over a weekend. I had 1st showing, 10sec after placing sign in yard. Every step from, staging, listing (photographer was awesome), showings (30), offers (12). This was a whirlwind experience of the how you would want your house to be treated, and securely transitioned to the next owner. Jane was great in helping us find our first home. She was flexible and always able to schedule showings quickly. The team works great together in accommodating their client's schedules. Jane was wonderfuly patient and persistent in helping us find the perfect house for us. She is a great negotiator and goes over and above! We highly recommend the property strategists!
