Bought a house and land package (2021) through this business which is linked to Hampton Home Builders Gympie. It took a year to get to enclosed stage (with a fight involving legalities). Defects during slab stage that were not rectified. Going on three years now and house remains at enclosed stage due to continued legalities. So many people facing a similar experience. Avoid any involvement with these businesses, including Royal Pines Estate Gympie (now selling).
One star because it doesn't go lower.Half of the reviews on here are from staff.They seem like the whole package but that's all a con to take your money.Offer to help with deposit but your getting charged extra to line their pockets.they recommend their building company Hampton Homes .The fakest people you will come across constantly promise you the world but can't deliver .They make out they are going above and beyond to help you get in the market but arent.These people are guaranteed to screw you over in some way.Run Run R... read more
