On Sunday after viewing we made a low offer which wasn't accepted. On Monday we increased our offer and waited. It was accepted and we agreed to a 4 week settlement along with waiving the cooling off period as we were cash buyers and didn't have any concerns. I had the most wonderful rental experience with Jack as my property manager. My experience was seamless throughout and I highly recommend him. He answered emails in a timely manner and returned messages promptly as well. All staff in the office were friendly and helpful.
