Wonderful experience! Louise was recommended to us by several Inner West locals so we reached out when we were ready to purchase a home. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and had utmost consideration toward our personal preferences.
The Property Sellers have been managing my rental property for about 6 months now, and the service has been superb. There have been some issues regarding maintenance and improvements the property needed, and they have gone above and beyond in handling these. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for someone to manage a property, Louise and Lisa have been fantastic.
As a first time renter, I am so fortunate to have had Louise Mitchell as my real estate agent for the last 14 months. She is incredibly responsive, personable and professional - I could not recommend her enough.
We are deeply disappointed by the move of the agent (Kate) to turn a straight forward sale (as advertised) into a silent auction after the first inspection. It seems it was the intention from the start to turn the sale into a silent auction. We could have paid more but we didn't want to overpay and therefore missed out. It was also quite a challenge to get the contract checked and the amendments pushed through in the short time given.
Kate was extremely rude and dismissive both on the phone and in person at an inspection. Given she is in a customer facing role, her attitude and behaviour was belittling, abrupt and extremely disrespectful. I would never want someone like Kate to manage my property.
