Most dishonest and deceitful estate agents on the coast. They destroy lives for a quick buck. Do not deserve a RE licence and have been reported to REIA and with potential follow up with legal action. I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing an expensive acreage property through the principal of this company and his associate. The entire procedure was deceitful and immature and they failed to secure up to an extra $500k for their vendor. As sellers of our first home, Gavin and Bella made the entire process stress-free. From start to finish they weren't pushy, providing honest guidance during the negotiations, selling our home in as little as a week. It was a fabulous result and experience.
Would not recommend buying through the Property Market Gwandalan, our offer got accepted on Sunday afternoon we paid the holding deposit first thing Monday morning have been waiting for contract ever since and by Wednesday we were informed they had taken another offer and ripped it from right under us even after going back To them with a higher offer and 3 week settlement instead of 6. Disappointed is an absolute understatement Save the heartache and go through someone else!
Cherie is a terrific property manager. I have dealt with many over the years and her focus, attention to detail and tenacity are second to none. I am delighted with the service she offers.
