Lisa Eakins wat can I say about her dedication to her job. She is a Sturn but understanding person and land lord. Her job is to protect the rights of the owners , but the rights of the tenant's as well. If I wanted someone to look after my house while leasing it out, Lisa is the person I would have. She is the best landlord I have ever had. I'm moving on from Lisa and the property group into a new adventure with my kids. I cannot say anything bad. Thanks Lisa and the property group for just being awsome. Dazza
We've tried a few property managers before we came across Lisa and her team and they have been absolute legends! In addition to very regular and thorough property checks, Lisa has breached tenants for our properties being substandard, and then worked with them to bring them up to standard. Excellent communications and always on top of everything. Best property management team I've ever used!!
Renting with property group for 18 months+ so far very good! Georgia is an amazing property manager, responds to all calls/emails promptly. Great communication and friendly face. Anything that comes up is actioned quickly with a favourable outcome. Thank you Georgia and thank you property group
If I could I'd be 0 They are unprofessional. Don't listen to anything when have problems with neighbours up themselves. Won't even recommend them
Wanted to replace fence between property they manage and my place Was told the property agent was unavailable but would contact me 3 days nothing so went back to their office on the Thursday and actually spoke to agent who assured me the she would have an answer Friday or at latest Monday Went back in Tuesday to be told that she would not be back in until Thursday Rang Thursday and was told I would be contacted later in the day still no response Looks like I may get an answer after Easter If lucky Definitely not the go to ag... read more
