All I had was bad experience with Property collective. Property Collective managed my investment property and all I had was a bad experience.The property manager wouldn't pick the call and not even bother returning calls. I gave multiple opportunities before moving away from PC. I would give them zero if I could. When signed, they promised guaranteed return of calls / emails or pay but that was all fancy promises. Extremely disappointing, will never ever recommend them.
My experience with The Property Collective as a landlord has been extremely disappointing. The property manager failed to communicate that the tenants had been withholding rent for nearly 18 weeks, totalling close to $10,000. When I was finally informed, the only action offered was to waive their management fee for that period — which hardly addresses the loss.
