Excellent experience working with Jason and the team on a deal. Smooth, simple, good communication and thorough in negotiations. Everything you would want on your side and across the 'table'. In all honesty, very rarely have positive experiences dealing with buyers agents, its always email spam asking you to do all the heavy lifting, however, its clear PB work a lot on true longstanding relationships and brilliant at what they do. Strongly recommended.

My husband & I had never used a buyers agent before so were unsure if it was the right thing for us but thank god we did. Moving from Melbourne to Sunny Coast the housing market was so different we would never have been able to navigate it ourselves & using Jason & the team took an unbelievable amount of stress off our shoulders. Not to mention they managed to get us our dream house that wasn't even on the market within I think it was 2 weeks from getting them on board. Worth every penny.
