My spouse received a haircut and color service here. The final color result did not match what she had expected which is due in part to an unprofessional consultation. She attempted to follow up multiple times to see if the issue could be corrected, but was dismissed. Hair services can be subjective, but we believe clear communication and follow-through are important when a client is unhappy with the outcome. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet her expectations.
