Marie and her team prepared an amazing meal for me and my guests. The menu selection was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. The service was excellent along with a narrative of the items being served. We will definitely have them back again!!
I hired Marie for my husbands birthday last night. We had the best experience! She arrived on time and the courses were served based on the flow of the night. She cooked and cleaned everything, I did not have to think twice about anything! We were able to unwind and enjoy the night. Marie was personable and accommodated the food allergies we had in our party with ease and acceptance. I recommend Marie to anyone who wants to enjoy a good night with great food!! We recently had the pleasure of hiring Proper Palate with Chef Marie for our Friendsgiving celebration, where she prepared an incredible five-course meal for 12 people, and the experience exceeded all expectations. We can't say enough amazing things about Chef Marie and her team! She helped us out of a jam on short notice to create a wonderful menu for my son's birthday for 14 people. Everything was so delicious and presented so beautifully. Chef Marie and her team were a delight to work with and made this event something to remember for all who attended. I will definitely be reaching out again in the future!
Chef Marie and her team cooked an amazing dinner for my cousin Kathleen’s birthday dinner!! The 4 course meal was amazing! The main courses were short ribs and halibut and truly was probably the best meal I have had! They were professional, courteous and cleaned the kitchen to boot when the meal was finished. Run, don’t walk to call Chef Marie!! She spoiled us and my cousin really enjoyed her birthday dinner! 🎂🎊❤️
