Update – December 2025: Since my original review, the matter remains unresolved. Despite repeated attempts to communicate, there has been no response to emails, phone calls, or follow-ups regarding the outstanding invoice. Hanna, who was my point of contact and approved the service, has not responded to any communication. Due to the lack of engagement, the matter was escalated to QCAT. We completed a contracted cleaning for The Proper Group and supplied a final invoice on 07/09/25. Despite multiple polite follow-ups by email, phone, text and an in-person visit, the invoice remains unpaid for almost two months. Our small team of four staff completed the job on a Sunday and attended on the next day again for minor rectifications as requested; the work was acknowledged at the time. Extremely poor experience with this company, They have endless excuses of to why they fail to manage my properties correctly.
My family and I recently had the pleasure of renting through The Proper Group, specifically Hanna and Matt Cunliffe. We had an exceptional experience. From the start, their professionalism and dedication stood out. Hanna genuinely cares about finding the right home for her clients. Hanna, Matt and The Proper Group were prompt to respond to calls, texts and emails.
