I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Changed my insurance to be seen here. Best dentist office I have ever been part of by a long shot. The vibes are perfect. Coffee and kombucha on tap. Bathrooms are stylish and inviting. Receptionists are kind and helpful. Hygienists and dentists are professional, cheerful, and informative. I can say much more but bottom line is, as a patient and fellow healthcare provider, this is top notch.
Tanya doesn’t call people back. It’s frustrating. But once you get past the office staff, the hygienists, dental assistants and Doctors are the best you can find. I did find that their other location in Del Mar—the office staff especially the office manager is fantastic and will actually call you back and get you in right away.
This place is the best! They’ve created a super warm, inviting space, and are incredibly professional. I believe they genuinely care about getting the best out of your gum / teeth health.
Really great service and great staff working here. I'm glad I found this dental clinic! I'm really happy with the care, the staff makes sure you are comfortable. Dr. McDonald has helped me with my dental care for a couple of months now and I couldn't be happier!! P.S they have Kombucha cold brew and beer on tap! (One of my fave things when coming to The Proper 32)
I have been going to proper 32 since they opened. I highly recommend this place. I havesuch an extensive dental history and do a thorough research before I commit to a dentist. This practice checks out all the boxes. They have the latest technology and Dr. MacDonald fixed several of my cavities and have not had to go back there. Dr. Metcalf gave me amazing advice on my tooth grinding issue that I was totally unaware of. Today I saw Dr. Olivia after my cleaning.
