VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Santa picture experience this year! They replaced Dan's Camera City with a company that clears doesn't care and in just doing it for the $$! We visited the Saucon Valley promenade location yesterday. After years if going to this location because they had beautiful decor and gorgeous gold Santa chair and a Santa with a real beard. RecommendedWhy is the Santa from Dan’s camera who is a local Lehigh valley business not being used anymore? Instead a huge company is being used that is overpriced with low quality photos.

I Love that there is a water area for children to play in , in the center area in front of Starbucks. I do have a question, when does it start and finish as I am unaware of times being posted.
The AMC apparently has assigned seating and apparently assumes its patrons know this (spoiler: we didn’t). Also, I went to the bathroom in the AMC and there was absolutely no toilet paper in the stall and then the water pressure was so low that the counter assisted me in washing my hands. My husband and I ate sushi from The Fresh Market that was not fresh... my husband is reeling from food poisoning. The movie was good, the rest was not. I’m so disappointed because I generally have a fine time at the Shops.
Santa's Arrival and Christmas Tree lighting was great! Killed time before the event and had a bite to eat and worked on my Christmas shopping list. My daughter loved seeing the concert and Santa arriving on the Fire Engine. Cant wait till next year as we look forward to going again and getting pictures with Santa.
