Horrible experience today at the Promenades! The people that run pictures with Santa note that pictures are from 12PM till 4PM. Common sense tells you that they will take children up till 4 PM but this isn't the case. Today, my family got to the gazebo area, where they were taking pictures with Santa, at 3:30PM. But we were told that they will not take anymore children because the the existing line will take the remaining time till 4PM!! I guess they don't understand how to post times!
