I came on to post a review as my experience with the dentist Regina Bormann was really unsatisfactory. When I complained to the practice she reviewed the complaint herself rather than getting a colleague to look at it, despite me raising this as a clear conflict of interest. I've left for a different dentist now and I would recommend avoiding Ms Bormann.
Monique is by far the best hygienist I have ever had in the 30+ years of having regular cleanings. An incredible deep clean with fantastic attention to detail. You can tell that time and care is taken followed up with just the right amount of admonishment to do more flossing without making you feel bad. I would 100% recommend.
Money grabbing practice and fake (computer/manager says no) un-compassionate staff is a reflection of money oriented practice. Stay clear. Do your research.
The practice has a strict policy on keeping your spot as an NHS registered patient, if you haven’t seen them in two years you get struck off etc. However, as an NHS patient over the course of the years since my last appointment there, I have rang, emailed, left voicemails and tried to get in touch a ridiculous amount of times. Every single time, no one answers, calls back, or responds to the email.
