Moving into this place has been the worst mistake I've ever made! Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. The management here is terrible! They just called me to tell me my rent was late when I submitted it last week. Megan was awesome, but when she left, the management has quickly gone South. It's too bad that I still have 3 months on my lease or I would move tomorrow.
Great place to live! The location is wonderful - easy access to interstate, shopping, schools, etc!
We are very happy with Living at The Promenade @ Boiling Springs. If you follow the rules and put you're parking pass in your window your not towed. The reason there is no parking is because Visitors are taking up residents parking. The girl's in the office are great, and always helpful. The place is clean, and safe with great amenities.
This place is absolutely horrible. They have a guy patrolling and towing the parking lot who recently was arrested for unlawful towing. Yet the Promenade is using him for towing. They charge you $900.00 for rent then they have your car towed. The lady who runs the place is in cahoots with the driver of the tow truck to get kick backs..... I have 7 on your side and Fox News, as well as Spartanburg co. Investigating the incident that went on last night. Stay away from this place!
