I just moved from The Promenade after living there for four years. I think it is the absolute best luxury apartment community in the area. I checked out all the other apartment communities before deciding for The Promenade to become my home. The landscaping is beautiful, there are nice walking paths, the pool and outdoor kitchen are great and never overcrowded. The apartments are spacious and very well insulated. I have lived at this community for about 7 years now and I must say that I love it. It has changed over the years but in the end I am really happy here with my family. They just replaced the carpet in my apartment and it looks beautiful. I love it.
I like the location of the complex. I can easily get to 26 and 85. the complex itself is quiet. neighbors are respectful and friendly. the staff have been super helpful
Great location. very friendly staff that made our move very easy. it's a nice quiet community close to everything.
me and my husband and son just moved here a couple of weeks ago. so far, it has been great. it's been really quiet. I was also pleased how matinence came and fixed an issue we had right away. definitely recommend to anyone else looking for an apartment in the area
So far this is great. A nice place and I feel it’s one of the best places in our area.
