I went in expecting to enroll with a doctor at their facility, but they do not have a physician or PA on site. It seems they mainly provide referrals, and I was told I would need to contact another facility instead. I automatically assumed that signing up for medical case management was part of seeing a doctor there, but that was not the case. I can't even put into words how we felt after my fiancé's appointment. From the moment we walked in the door, the atmosphere and feeling was comforting. The ladies upfront were so helpful and nice. Now, to talk about Amanda Disch! She was absolutely amazing and so was her Medical Assistant! The care and compassion we felt was over the top! They listened to his needs and concerns with openness and we could actually joke around! I will also be establishing my care with her. Such an amazing place to get healthcare. I don’t remember the guys name, but the phlebotomist did such a great job and had the most calming voice! So thankful for this place!
