I can't even put into words how we felt after my fiancé's appointment. From the moment we walked in the door, the atmosphere and feeling was comforting. The ladies upfront were so helpful and nice. Now, to talk about Amanda Disch! She was absolutely amazing and so was her Medical Assistant! The care and compassion we felt was over the top! They listened to his needs and concerns with openness and we could actually joke around! I will also be establishing my care with her. Such an amazing place to get healthcare. I don’t remember the guys name, but the phlebotomist did such a great job and had the most calming voice! So thankful for this place!
Sadly, had a bad experience but they do have really nice gals working there. To bad that doesn’t matter when complete negligence. They didn’t care to help make the situation right. I have reached out to report them. They will blame the mistakes on a “new system” and totally forget about the patient and their results. They do not care about you here.
