I asked him to do 3 jobs. One completed successfully. The first was to replace screens on my porch. He was out there 40 minutes and took one out of three areas down. Replace the screen, but then tells me he has to stop because it will cost me too much money for him to continue. I guess the screws were rusted, he didn't have the tools, and would have to come back another time. He tried leaving the screen out, I had to explain I have a cat and need the screen in.
