Excellent work. Very professional and polite. They always arrive on time and everything looks great.
Very disappointed they don't stand behind their product. Recently I've decided to install new windows in my house, so I opened my shutters for the window company to measure and had a very hard time opening and then closing them. I called JC from the shutters company and the receptionist without even looking up my history of the work they did on my house informed me that if it's been over a year, it's going to be $85 just to come and check them out and it would be$45 an hour if they had to service them.
