Very disappointed they don't stand behind their product. Recently I've decided to install new windows in my house, so I opened my shutters for the window company to measure and had a very hard time opening and then closing them. I called JC from the shutters company and the receptionist without even looking up my history of the work they did on my house informed me that if it's been over a year, it's going to be $85 just to come and check them out and it would be$45 an hour if they had to service them. These guys never answer the phone or follow up on messages. If you want to do business with these people, be prepared to hound them.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! BAD SERVICE, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.
