My storm door quit working and I called to have it repaired and they said sorry they can't do it they are to busy and referred my to other companies.Its sad when you can't service your own product and turn down existing customers

This company is excellent for shutter installation. We were really happy with the professionalism of all aspects of our project from estimate to installation and quality of the product to the work. The installation workers were very courteous and knowledgeable.
The professional shutter company came by yesterday and today, June 9 2026, put electric motors on four large motors, they did the work in two days and left the area clean as it was and they did a very good job with a reasonable price.
Poor service after the sale. One of our shutters broke and after multiple calls, no response. They sound great when trying to get your business but ignore you afterwards. Taking our business elsewhere, I recommend you do the same.
