Excellent, excellent, excellent! My experience with Giovanni at The Problem Solvers was the best experience with a contractor I’ve had in a long time. He was very thorough with the quote given. Even though he quoted what I wanted, he gave me an optional quote of what I might possibly need. I am quite satisfied with Kai at The Problem Solvers. He was on time, neat, clean and very respectful. He did a thorough investigation and was able to diagnose & pinpoint exactly what needed to be done. He came back with an estimate that was more than my budget but he worked with his managers to bring it down to a satisfactory amount. First the customer service personnel are very professional and polite and willing to work with my requests. The company sent out an outstanding professional technican GIOVANNE. He was as well very polite and professional when addressing my electrical request to replace existing bathroom exhaust fan with a light/fan combo.
