My experience working with The Problem Solvers was great. Brandon and his team were very professional and helpful from the beginning. They coached me through different options and scenarios helping me understand the pros and cons of each. I never felt pushed into anything. Instead it felt very consultative. I ended up going with a Halo 5 whole home filtration system which has been amazing. They made the installation super easy and did a very clean job. Mr. Blue was our technician who came out and he was very professional made everything easy to understand. Offered my wife and I plenty of solutions. He respected our home and it showed. We are very happy that we selected proud pops and we will most definitely choose them again in the future.
Glad I found these guys! Had an outdoor outlet that was sparking, and I put out a request on Thumbtack. Within 5-10 minutes a super friendly rep, Mary, called me to see how they could assist. She was awesome, talking through next steps and willing to send someone out that afternoon. My schedule didn’t allow, but was able to book for the following day. I submitted a quote request and was called within 5 minutes. Then a technician came out about two hours later. Jordan was my technician and he was excellent. Great customer service and was very patient, kind, and thorough going over everything with me. The “pop-in” was completely free and he fixed my initial issue with no charge. He discovered some other issues I have and provided me with various quotes. Jordan went over everything with me on an iPad and then emailed everything over with photos and everything.
