I had a chance to drop-in at The Pro-Fit Gym in Iowa City/Coralville for the 8:15a class. Everyone there was awesome! I had the pleasure of being coached by Sati and Jason. They did a great job of coaching! I observed their professionalism and guidance in ensuring that members and I were performing movements safely and consistently before adding load, and even scaling folks back where appropriate.
