Very enjoyable time with very attentive staff. Would highly recommend for a relaxing experience.
I was going through a really tough time a few weeks ago; grief, loss and an injury and I found myself on a walk arriving at The Private Sea. I knew they had a library and quiet spaces and in my overwhelm I was drawn there, unsure of what to do next. When I arrived I was so warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. Attended to use the salt room. I was greet by such beautiful smiles from the team. I was made to instantly feel welcome. I have been back. Sometimes you are with other people which I really enjoyed and sometimes you’re alone. This is so great for lungs and so relaxing. It makes you switch off even if you don’t want to. Tip of the day - don’t wear black
Have loved all my experiences at the Private Sea. We regularly take the kids to the salt room to clear sticky coughs. Had the most incredible massage on Saturday and the float tank and saunas are great.
