Attended to use the salt room. I was greet by such beautiful smiles from the team. I was made to instantly feel welcome. I have been back. Sometimes you are with other people which I really enjoyed and sometimes you’re alone. This is so great for lungs and so relaxing. It makes you switch off even if you don’t want to. Tip of the day - don’t wear black
Have loved all my experiences at the Private Sea. We regularly take the kids to the salt room to clear sticky coughs. Had the most incredible massage on Saturday and the float tank and saunas are great.
What a great Wellness Centre. My wife found this amazing hidden gem and now I go more than her. The staff are so friendly and even get a friendly greeting from their dog. A family business with so many different wellness therapist. Personally I love the red light therapy and float tank but there is so much more to choose from. I will be a long term customer.
Nice place. Nice owners. Had a red light therapy session, followed by infrared sauna.Felt great afterwards.
