Amazing place providing such an important service. Everyone there was so nice and respectful and transparent in the service. I had an IUD removal and re-insertion and couldn’t recommend enough! Will be recommending to friends and revisiting. Thank you to the entire team - hugely grateful to them work you do.
I was very nervous going in, especially about the sedation, but the doctors and nurses were kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. They listened to my concerns and made adjustments to help me feel safe and comfortable. The clinic was clean and professional, and the coffee and snacks afterwards were a thoughtful touch. I’m very grateful for the compassion and care I received.
When I went to the clinic last year I didn’t have the best experience First got told that we aren’t allowed to have a support person with us so we would have to go through the experience alone the doctor wasn’t the best basically complained while smirking that she took a long time before seeing me because of the patient before me and told me what happened ( one thing they doctors shouldn’t do as it’s about your privacy and you would expect to go it without needing to worry about the doctor complaining about your experience t... read more
From the first interaction with the receptionist they were amazing. I’ve been here twice now and I can’t thank the team enough. They are little life savers and hero’s, as contradictory as that statement sounds it’s the hard truth. Thank you all for your support and help
