Just a ridiculous process to get into an IOP program only to get charged for an assessment then denied care. If this is how they deal with what they feel is a difficult case then I have no confidence in how they would deal with someone's mental health needs. Maybe we dodged a bullet, honestly. Just not worth the process or the cost.
I tried calling to get some help today and the receptionist wouldn’t talk to me, I highly suggest someone else who cares about their patients instead of money
A relative is attempting to complete the IOP program but the staff continues to put up barriers to success. Counselors are insisting on additional, specialized counseling that INSURANCE doesn't cover and patient can't afford. What a joke the mental health field is.
