I am so pleased with the costumer service person who took well really helped with my order was very helpful and sent examples to my e mail it was easy as pie, I can't wait to pick up my order so I can send pics...over the top thrilled with the way they made me feel important...I'll be talking to ya again.

I've worked on a professional basis with the owner, Tom, and his number two, Dale, for 5 years now. I have had nothing but good experience with Print Shoppe, even when things don't go right, Tom will make them right. You can't beat the price and the one-on-one attention you get when dealing with them. My company does quite a bit of work with them and I have no complaints. Tom and his crew are a good group of people and they pay attention to their customers.

I have nothing but great things to say. The Print Shoppe is the last of its breed. I have used other screen printers in the Utica area and also the Syracuse area and there isn't one shop that comes close to this level of quality and service. When was the last time a business owner cared enough about what you needed and asked you to review your work together so that its right the first time. NEVER.
