I've worked on a professional basis with the owner, Tom, and his number two, Dale, for 5 years now. I have had nothing but good experience with Print Shoppe, even when things don't go right, Tom will make them right. You can't beat the price and the one-on-one attention you get when dealing with them. My company does quite a bit of work with them and I have no complaints. Tom and his crew are a good group of people and they pay attention to their customers.

I have nothing but great things to say. The Print Shoppe is the last of its breed. I have used other screen printers in the Utica area and also the Syracuse area and there isn't one shop that comes close to this level of quality and service.
