I love my therapist here however the billing is a nightmare. I have had issues multiple times. My most recent issue is I got an email at 10:30pm saying I had a past due balance of $20, that they were charging my card and putting me on autopay. They didn’t send an invoice with what dates of service it was for and just charged me. I had to go through all my billing documents and emails to find that this was in fact an issue on the company’s end.
