I called today March 12, 2025 regarding my son’s prom. From the time she heard my voice I could tell she wasn’t too friendly. I ask her about a quote for an event in April and if she services this area. She states that she was statewide and went to rambling on about how the horses don’t need to be without food for three hours. From where she is to where the event will be is NOT three hours. We used The Princess’s Carriage service this weekend for our son’s wedding on our farm. The wedding took place under a tree about 1/4 mile from the house where the bride was and was perfect for transporting she and her father to the venue and the couple back to the house afterwards. Karen was wonderful to work with and even came out before confirming my reservation to make sure the hills weren’t too much for her horse. We used The Princess's Carriage for my niece's wedding you can not ask for a better more beautiful set up. It looked like something out of a fairy tale just breath taking. We highly recommend Karen and would not hesitate to use her service again.

You can’t ask for a more conscientious carriage company! They always present themselves as the ultimate professionals. Horses and carriages are always immaculate. Simply beautiful!
