Every single staff member here we encountered was lovely especially the doctors. However shame on the British government when right now the facts are the nhs is in dyer need of a cash injection . Private health care is coming because the population has increased and the numbers in hospital to treat people hasn’t . The wait times today prove this. After Wolverhampton, where you sit for 14 hours and can't wait for a doctor, and you feel very bad after the poisoning, but when you come here to Telford, you understand that you are a person here and all the staff treats you well. You don't have to wait long and the doctors immediately help you. I am very happy with this hospital and I recommend it to everyone. This is the best hospital. Thanks xx

Receptionist is very vile does not care about patient. Male doctor very lazy to assess what was really wrong with patient. He just sent me away after giving me omeprazole and 2 paracetamol waiterd for 5 hours. No blood test or urine test done. How can you call yourself a doctor? Thankfully not all staff are unreliable. Thank you to Ms. Imelda, Ms. Elizabeth and Dr. Tanisha for swiftly attending to me. I was experiencing the worst pain of my life and thought I would die. I wish NHS will employ more people like you.
