Absolutely disgusted with PRH A&E leaving me 5 and a half hours for the nurse in charge to tell me they are not going to do anything for me no doctor saw me. Something needs to be done about their staff. Maybe the place needs to be closed down.

Totally filthy in A&E I was there for 17 hours with chest pains I went to the desk in the end and asked just what is going on they said I had already been discharged it would have been nice if I had been told. A shambolic organisation

I couldn't be more greatful to the staff. My son had burned his hand, and was in so much pain. He was unconsolable and nothing I had done helped. We was seen straight away, quickly assessed, and treatment was started immediately. They gave him pain relief and when that wasn't working quick enough the nurse went running off to find this gel that would numb the burns. We was giving a room because he was being watched by the other patients. She came running back in, dragging the doctor to come and help. After 5 hours the burnin... read more
