Poor care today . Took my daughter with nail injury. Their advice was to go get acrylic removed at nail salon ?! That was it. Daughter in a lot of pain so drove over to Kidderminster minor injuries who were excellent. X/rayed as precaution then injected finger to numb then reinserted nail that had dislodged from bottom . Strapped and Dressed finger then gave us lots of advice about aftercare . Will never go back to Princess of wales minor injuries after today - v poor

Powch Xray dep't !!!!! fantastic service from an amazing team ! (inc the nicest receptionist ever) had to attend for a scan and then return later for an Xray of suspected broken toe, the did both exams at the same appointment !! really friendly team who put you at your ease with their polite friendly efficiency. excellent service. 6 stars! Tracey.

I was admitted to Licky Ward after two weeks in Worcester having several fractures to pelvis and knee. The care I got was second to non. Kind and caring dedicated staff Physio therapist were out standing. I can't fault any staff on the ward, the catering team were so friendly. Without a doubt it's a brilliant hospital!

My ninety year old mother was admitted to cottage ward after two weeks in Worcester Royal following extremes delerium and two seizures. We as a family saw her at a very low point where we had prepared ourselves for losing our fantastic mom. After four weeks of the best care we could have wished for I am collecting her tomorrow to take her back home. To the doctors and nurses and all auxiliary workers we are very very grateful for the excellent care she has received. It must be very satisfying to follow a very ill persons rec... read more
