I went in and kind of knew what I wanted. I explained it to the staff. They walked me back to a rack of dresses and pulled one out. I tried it on and instantly knew it was the dress. Very positive experience.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like being snubbed and treated rudely! They don't like children. We were at The Brickhouse Bridal store the same day for 2 hours with 2 little girls, ages 4 & 6 and not one person gave us a dirty look and stared us down like the people working at the Princess Bridal store. They had 2 fitting rooms open we had a couple of gowns we wanted to try on and they said they were too busy? We TOYALLY didn't feel welcomed or wanted in this store. I guess we will spend our $2,000 elsewhere!!

An amazing and charming shop – I have driven past this store a thousand times since I was a little girl and I was so happy that it was here I could find my perfect wedding dress. They are so accommodating letting me come in more than once to try on the dress. And I was nervous when we ordered it a half and inch too small but they reassured me it would be okay and they were right. best bridal gowns and service – I walked into Princess Bridal without an appointment just to browse through the dresses. Luckily they were able to fit me in, although I would recommend to make an appointment because they really strive to make your experience memorable and special. I explained to Denise that I had already purchased a dress at another bridal shop but I wasn't really sure that it was the right one. The Best Bridal Shop near Houston! – I visited Pricess Bridal on Saturday with my mom. I wish I would have not wasted my time at any other store looking for my wedding dress! This shop is a beautiful, quaint victorian building right in the heart of Old Town Spring. Denise was wonderful and was able to pick out dresses based on what I wanted but also with what would look good on me! I tried on several dresses and eventually found "the one"! Wonderful service! – I found the dress of my dreams..except that it was cathedral length and I was looking for a shorter dress for an outdoor wedding. Princess Bridal maintained contact with the designer through the alterations process, insuring I got exactly what I asked for. The designer sent the dress to them a first time, and they immediately sent it back because they knew it was not what I was looking for. I am so grateful for their diligence!
